Here is a collage I made that shows various pictures from Rancho El Camino. It is a beautiful place tucked up next to the desert highlands. The ranch plays a special role in the surrounding area in that it contains a source of fresh water. The ranch has fresh water springs which provide a unique opportunity for vegetative growth and reaching out into the surrounding community.
As the streams provide a source of refreshment and nourishment to the area the ranch seeks to be a place of spiritual and physical refreshment and nourishment to the people in the area.
The ranch house has a reference to Isaiah 43:18-19 painted on its walls…
“Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the desert and streams in the wasteland.”
